Typographical Errors
In the event that a RazberriConfetti LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, RazberriConfetti LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RazberriConfetti LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RazberriConfetti LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by RazberriConfetti LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a RazberriConfetti LLC or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with RazberriConfetti LLC, RazberriConfetti LLC has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of RazberriConfetti LLC. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, RazberriConfetti LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Return Policy
Razberri Confetti offers a very generous 30 day return/exchange policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason we will refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping charges. Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so we can serve you better in the future. This 30-day Guarantee only applies to full price items. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please allow 10-14 business days upon receive date of your package at our return center for your return to be processed and credited. If you are requesting an exchange, the exchange will be processed and shipped within that time frame.

To make a return please follow these steps:
  1. Log-in to the 'my account' section with the username and password you had created during checkout.
  2. View the order for which you would like to request a return
  3. Request an RA# for the product(s) which you would like to return and please specify the reason for your return. Send return request to info@razberriconfetti.com
  4. Wait for an email confirmation with your RA# and return approval.
  5. Send all returns to:
    • Razberri Confetti
    • Returns RA#....(input RA # given by Razberri Confetti)

*packages MUST arrive within 10 days of RA# issue date.

Important to Note:
  • Return packages WILL NOT be accepted without an official Razberri Confetti Authorization Number.
  • Razberri Confetti will not accept any items with indication that it has been used, worn or altered from its original condition.
  • Razberri Confetti will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above. In the event of an exception to this policy, customer will be credited with a 'store credit' and a re-stocking fee up to 15% of the item value may apply.
  • Store Credits are valid up to six months of issue date.

Refund Processing Once your package has been received at Razberri Confetti, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Razberri Confetti.
